ESG Policy
At Carlo Gavazzi Group we are committed to integrating Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) considerations into our business strategy, operations, and decision-making processes. We believe that responsible corporate behavior is essential to building a sustainable and successful business and to creating long-term value for our stakeholders.
Code of Conduct
Our Code of Conduct applies globally to all employees, managers, officers, directors, and consultants of wholly owned affiliates, subsidiaries, or any entities where Carlo Gavazzi holds a majority ownership interest or exerts effective control. This Code provides a consistent framework for ethical conduct in our interactions with clients, our employees, business partners, and communities. We also expect our business partners to uphold ethical standards that align with our Code of Conduct.
Open-ES ESG Identity Card
Our Group participates in Open-ES, an international platform supporting companies in measuring and improving sustainability performance. Through this initiative, we have obtained our ESG Identity Card, a clear and verifiable document aligned with international standards that summarizes our performance across key ESG areas — environment, human rights, ethics, health & safety, supply chain, and governance — and makes our ESG maturity transparent to stakeholders. For us, sustainability is an ongoing journey. Each year we update our assessment on Open-ES, strengthen our practices, and implement actions to enhance our economic, environmental, and social impact. Our ESG Identity Card is not just a milestone, but a guide for continuous improvement and responsible growth alongside our stakeholders.
